What do we sell: Mostly media related items.

How long have we been selling: We have been members of Ebay for years - we have 100% feedback and care about making our customers happy. We are back to selling after a couple of years, although we have still been buying during that time.

• We do not use stock photos, what you see is what you get. We do include the stock information, when available, for your convenience.
• Check out the Condition of Item section for each auction, we "tell it like it is."
• We strive to ship the next business day after the item is paid for. If you pay before 8 pm EST.
• REMEMBER IF YOU CHOOSE MEDIA MAIL - AT TIMES IT HAS TAKEN OVER A MONTH FOR DELIVERY TO THE WEST COAST.
• We list the shipping price, via the shipping calculator, you pick the price, and speed. You pay actual USPS or UPS shipping plus 19 cents for delivery confirmation.
• If you buy more than one item we do combine shipping. But you MUST email us before you pay so we can provide an arrange it for you.
• We provide free gift wrap for most items (unless they are very large). Just tell us the occasion and we will happily wrap it for you!
• We leave feedback for you after we ship, when we also send you an email advising of the ship date. We would appreciate feedback when you receive the item.
• We try to answer emails in a timely fashion.
• Feel free to email us with any questions.
• We only accept Paypal.
• Returns:

  You must email us within 3 days of receipt of item, as calculated by the delivery confirmation notice of the USPS or UPS, for ANY refunds or returns.

  If you return the item un-opened we will refund your purchase price.

  If it was our mistake and you return an un-opened item we will refund the purchase price and shipping in both directions.

  If you opened up the item and it was defective, and you return it, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping in both directions.

  If you opened up the item and therefore it lowers the value (e.g. opening the shrink wrap of a dvd), and it is as stated in our auctions, and you return it, we will refund ½ of your purchase price.
