Enesco has produced a series of John Deere kids ceramic figurines in 1999. This is some of the accessories that go with the figurines. It is two shovels and a fork. The box, because it was made in China and the label was made by somebody who didn't know anything, says it is a "Set of 3 Rack and Tillers". But it IS two shovels and a fork. Made in steel and wood. They measure 5 1/4" long. Accessories are new in box and has never been displayed. This would be a nice addition to your collection.
