Immediate Payment is Greatly Appreciated on Fixed Price items. You can complete purchase on a Fixed Price item at ANY time during the listing's run - you don't have to wait until the last day to grab it. You just have to be the FIRST to grab it, before someone else does. Upon grabbing it, I do expect you to Pay For It right away.
When I do run an Auction, it is the Bidder's responsibility to keep up with when the Auction ends - and to complete their payment within 12 HOURS of the Auction's closing time. That should give you plenty of time, even if you're asleep/at work/whatever when the listing closes. There is no sense in my having to chase you down to get paid - be a Responsible Bidder!
Remember, if you want it NOW - as most folks do when they buy something - then you must Pay For It NOW. Items are Shipped ONLY after they are Paid For in full. Upon receipt of payment, I generally Ship within 24 hours - often on the SAME Day, and rarely later than the next business day.
Shipping to U.S. Zip Code Addresses ONLY!
Simply said, Shipping beyond those areas of the world that are directly serviced by the U.S. Postal Service, just doesn't make good economic sense for my customers, or for me. It is quite common for the minimum Postage cost to other countries, to run multiples of the average Item Cost. So I shall politely 'Just Say NO' to Export shipments. I will happily accept payment via PayPal, converted to U.S. Dollars, from anywhere in the world that PayPal operates - but the Shipping Address MUST be a U.S. Zip Code Address. This does NOT have to be a 'PayPal Confirmed' address, just a Valid address. My system does check all addresses against the Postal Service's national database - so please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly to avoid delays.
I will Ship to ALL areas that are directly serviced by the U.S. Postal Service. This includes not only ALL 50 of these United States, but also the APO and FPO mail systems for our U.S. Military Personnel and their families, AND the U.S. 'Island Trust Territories' - which takes in American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianas Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you have a U.S. Zip Code Address, I can ship to you!

For ALL Sales: Payment In Full via PayPal is required before shipment. I am absolutely NOT responsible for ANY transit loss or damages. Shipping Insurance is made available at the time of sale on all items - but is Optional in most cases. If you do not opt for the Insurance at the time of the sale, YOU assume all risks of loss or damage. I do reserve the right to require Insurance on certain fragile or valuable items - and in that event, the requirement will be clearly noted in the item description.
Items which specify "As-Is", "Clearance", or "No Returns" in the item description, are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
For Everything Else - You have 24 Hours from time of receipt, as determined by the date and time on the USPS Delivery Confirmation, to contact me regarding any defects. Beyond that point, unless a specific item warranty by ME was extended in the item description, it's your baby.
Returns - For defects or otherwise, require that I be notified within 24 Hours (as outlined above), and that the item be received back here within 7 Days. Returns will be issued Merchandise Credit only. Shipping costs in both directions are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns for reasons other than defect or wrong size, may be subject to a Restocking Fee.
