International Buyers Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up  do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

International orders can take 3-4 weeks or longer to receive. Please keep this in mind when wondering where your package is. We have no control on delivery time unless you pay extra for Expedited International Shipping.

Due to excessive claims on lost packages for some countries, we will no longer ship to some countries and must curtail international shipments. (Items are shipped and somehow "never make it" to their intended destination.

All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Payments are expected within 7 days of the auction's close. We accept PAYPAL only as per eBay policy.  

If you have any special shipping instructions, please message us via the eBay message system. When you put a note in PayPal, it does not appear on the eBay invoice and we will not see it.

SALES TAX

If you live in New York State or the item is being delivered within New York State or your if eBay account has a New York State address (regardless of where it is being shipped to) we have to, by law, charge 8.75% sales tax.

 COMBINED INVOICES

We will combine multiple purchases, the cost will then be based on the weight of the combined purchase plus our shipping and handling charges. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COMBINED INVOICE, CONTACT US REQUESTING ONE. We can not automatically combine purchases. Request a combined invoice BEFORE paying. Once payment is made we can no longer combine your invoice & we will not refund shipping charges. Please request an invoice & wait to check out & pay until you have received the corrected invoice.

Please note that the eBay invoice software system does not always. permit to combine one invoice for a buy it now item and an auction item. We will send two invoices with the shipping rate adjusted.

If any item you purchase from us has the free shipping option, we cannot combine the invoice with your other purchases that have a charge for shipping. (The software provided by eBay does not provide for this action.)

Free shipping items are generally shipped parcel post or the most inexpensive cost to us. If you need the item by a particular date, we suggest that you pay extra for priority or first class shipping.

We ship purchases out within 5 BUSINESS days after your payment clears. The only period of time this may differ will be during WEEKENDS/ HOLIDAYS.

We do our best to describe the item that you are receiving. If any error was made, it was only an unintentional oversight -we're only human.

You will only receive what is shown in the photos in the listing. If it is NOT shown, then it is NOT included.

All sales are final, BUT if you have an issue with your order when you receive it. CONTACT US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. Please don't wait to contact us, we have a limited amount of time to give refunds/credits & reclaim our eBay fees. PLEASE DO NOT just return the item. Wait for a response from us with instructions as to what your options are. Contact us via the eBay messaging system. We will not respond to other forms of email sent to us. Our return policy varies depending on the issue.

We DO NOT refund shipping costs. We will only refund the price of the product if we do infact accept the return.
