Wetteland pitched for the Dodgers, Expos, Yankees and Rangers during his career, and had the season of a lifetime in 1996, when he saved 43 games for the Yankees, played in the All-Star Game and received World Series MVP honors after earning the save in all four Bombers wins.

Using a blue ballpoint pen, John Wetteland has hand signed this official Major League Baseball and added the inscription “96 WS MVP”.

A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
