Offered here is a large art metalware copper crumb tray and brush (or waiter) marked J.S.&S.B. The backmark was used by Joseph Sankey & Sons, Bilston near Birminham England ~ 1890-1932. J.S.&S.B made more trays than brushes so it is thought they married up the tray with the best match of brush. The brush shape is an elongated "S" shape and has a lovely wooden handle applied with tiny nails. A brilliant copper estate find that grabs the eye.
Condition: A few minor marks but overall great condition
Size: The tray measures 9 1/4" wide by 8" in height
The brush, measured in a straight line, is 11" long
