The shipping & handling charges of are only for the continental US.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Porto Rico and other international countries must contact us for shipping & handling costs BEFORE placing a bid.
We ship via DHL & UPS ground or USPS priority mail, usually 1-10 business days after payment, unless specified otherwise.
Shipping method is subjected to our decision only

TERMS & TAX:
Buyer must pay within 3 days of auction close.
Item(s) will not be held if payment is not received within 3 business days.  
Buyer may have to wait until we receive more stock if item is not paid on time.
If your shipping address is located within the state of NY, we are obligated by law to collect 8.625% sales tax.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
for a better service and fast handling in any case of defective item please notice that:
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges charges back and forth for any defective item that are received upon delivery or after using (opening) item. The item must be in the original packaging with all included  packaging & materials, including unit's accessories.
Items will be repaired or if repair service is not possible replaced.
Returns or cancelation of order because of a defect is not possible.
Please understand that it will take some time. Once we receive the item we must send it for a repair and send it back.

Returns Exchange:

Unwanted items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days from delivery, only if item was not opened and not used. You must contact us in advance. If an item is opened and used for any reason, it cannot be sent back for exchange or return.  
  The item must be in the original packaging, never opened, in brand new condition, and include all packaging materials.
15% restocking fee will be charged and shipment charges back and forth will not be refunded for items that are exchanged/returned.
Shipping charges back and forth is the buyer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns for opened or slightly used items
