Buyers: Upon the sale of any item(s), an invoice will be sent automatically with payment instructions through eBay.

Payment Terms: PayPal is preferred, but we also accept personal checks. Payment address for checks will be included in the PayPal invoice that is sent at the end of each auction. Please remit payment within 7 days!

Please be aware that we reserve the right to hold shipments purchased with personal checks for up to 10 days to allow them to clear.

We ship Monday through Friday, usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment excluding weekends and holidays.

All items are in stock at our store at the time of listing, but are also for sale in our video store, which may cause an item to be "out of stock".  New/Sealed movies can be replaced easily by restocking from our supplier, but will cause a 1-2 week delay in shipment.

International Customers: We ship outside of the USA, see International Shipping Rates in description. Payments must be made in US funds, preferably through PayPal.

Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping on multiple auctions and/or store purchases ending within 5 days of each other, as long as you make one payment for all purchases. Shipping within the USA is $3.00 for the 1st item, and only $1.00 for each additional item sent in one shipment. We will send you a combined invoice for all purchases made. We ship First Class (one item) and Media Mail (combined shipments), please allow up to 10-14 days to receive shipments via Media Mail.

Insurance: Although insurance is optional, we strongly suggest purchasing it for your shipment(s)! We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in the mail! We do provide you with a shipping confirmation & tracking number at no additional charge (USA only).

Return Policy: All movies are guaranteed to play. Please e-mail us if a movie is defective and we will refund your money as long as it is returned to us within 10 days.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
