and value. All new guitars have a satisfaction guarantee.
We stand behind the products we sell, and we believe that our return policy
is the most fair and comprehensive offering that you will find on eBay. All new guitars are, of course, warranted and any defect will be taken care of under that warranty either by us or by the Manufacturer, depending on the Manufacturers policies. New instruments on which warranty’s have been lost will be sold as “Pre-Owned” Instruments. Pre-owned guitars may be returned for 2 reasons:
A) The guitar arrived damaged (DOA), or
B), a MAJOR defect was not shown or mentioned. We try to accurately describe the condition and features of all of our instruments but please keep in mind that, on pre-owned guitars, there may be a small ding or nick that will not show up in pictures. Please inform us of any and all issues within 24 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Items not defective or damaged will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. All refunds are less shipping charges.
