This luxurious romantic villa is located in on the north coast only a few minutes from one of Jamiaca's finest white sand beaches. 

 

 Our villa has a magnificent view of the Runaway Bay championship golf course and the Caribbean Sea.  Fanta Sea has four large, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms with fans, each with their own bathroom.  The villa has a large great room,  a stunning kitchen and a dining area with 20 foot ceilings. We are very open to the outdoors and breakfast is served every morning on the veranda.  We have a private heart shaped pool, two gazebos, a pond, waterfall and an acre of tropical gardens. 

While enjoying your stay at our villa, you will be treated like royalty by our complete staff.  They cook for you, make your beds, clean and do laundry.  This is a dream come true vacation.  All you have to do is decide what time you want to eat and where you want to go.  Our lovely villa is perfect for couples, families, weddings and honeymoons. 

Our private beach is only minutes away and for extra fun, you can drive one of our golf carts.  The beach has lounge chairs for rent and there is a nice bar & grill for your use.  The snorkeling off shore is wonderful, so bring your own snorkeling gear.  Plus there is scuba diving, fishing, wave runners, boat rides and horseback rides available. 

We are close to many popular tourist attractions such as:  Climbing Dunn's River Falls, bamboo rafting on the Martha Bra River, swimming with the Dolphin's at Dolphin Cove, 4 wheeling, tubing, touring the majestic Blue Mountains, watching the famous sunsets in Negril and visiting the Blue Lagoon in Port Antonio  You can mingle with the locals, listen to reggae music, watch the cruise ships come in, shop or whatever your heart desires.  Jamaica has it all! 

Plus we have our own private driver that will take you where you want to go and stay with you. You won't have to fight crowds or sit on a bus.

We also have 2 separate suites available with king size beds, bath, kitchenette and balcony. Very nice for one or two persons.  The rate for these are $75/night for one person and $100 for 2 people.  The same add ons are available.

            Children up to 6 yrs. are free

Before you book our villa, we will need to check the availability for the dates you are wanting.  Upon booking, we require a 25% deposit to hold that date.  The balance of your payment is due at least 30 days before arrival.  You can make your payments through Pay Pal or you can pay us directly.  The above amounts are in US dollars. The deposit is not refundable but it can be used for a future date.
