Lucky me...99% of my buyers have been **wonderful**. And I do realize that many buyers have run into less than desirable sellers. I myself have dealt with sellers who never ship the item or wait for weeks before doing so. I am not one of those sellers. But those less than desirable buyers that I have run into, have made me include this in my listings... DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 90% POSITIVE FEEDBACK. DO NOT BID IF YOU FREQUENTLY EXPERIENCE BUYERS REMORSE. DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE A HABIT OF NOT READING DESCRIPTIONS AND LOOKING AT DETAILED PHOTOS, THEN EXPECT THE SELLER TO REFUND DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE.

If by chance, you have an issue with your item when you receive it, just politely email me about it and we will work together to fix the problem. No rude emails please! I would never be rude to you!

I am shipping items from a smoke free home. I do have a small dog and a cat, but I do my best to make sure none of their hair is included with your item! :) If you consider yourself a very picky, particular person, please ask any and all questions that I didn't answer for you in the auction. Don't just assume things will be the way you want them. My eye and yours may see different things...

I try and describe as much as possible. There are times I may miss something, but I never intentionally leave anything out. If you read my description and still have questions about the item, please email me before bidding.

I sometimes ship internationally. Okay, that probably doesn't answer your question. I prefer not to, only because my post office warns me all the time that things frequently get lost. I haven't had that happen yet, but what a sad day that will be when it does occur. SO international friends...bid at your own risk! I always ship promptly, but once it hits the post office, its out of my control. Please don't hold it against me if something happens between here and there! Also, paypal only on international purchases please.

After receiving your item, please email me to let me know that you are happy with your purchase, and I will then leave you positive feedback. Or, leave positive feedback for me to let me know you were happy with the transaction and then I will leave positive feedback for you! Thanks so much!
