7 days after the buyer receives it | Any damage sustained during the shipment is the responsability of the shipper (UPS/USPS). There is NO REFUND for lost shipments when the mailing was done without insurance. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order includes a product you didn't order, simply contact us and return the products postmarked within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the product or return your money, as long as the products are unopened, in their original packaging. Whenever funds are returned, we do not return the shipping & handling fees. |
