Our Services

1. Package Receiving, Inspecting and Forwarding Service

You purchase items from Japanese sellers and arrange to have it shipped to our Japan address. After we receive your package, we will open and examine the content to see if it matches your order. We will then forward the package to you by the Japan Post Service (JP Post) which allows you to avoid expensive private courier fees.
Handling fees start at 1,000 Japanese Yen. See "Our Rates" section further below for complete details.

Note: If your package exceeds JP Post size or weight limits, we will ship your package via Fedex.
　

2. Consolidation of your Items ( 14 days free storage )

We can store and consolidate your packages into one outgoing package to save you mailing costs. You get 14 days of free storage.
　

3. Buying from Japanese shopping websites on your behalf

Japanese retailer does not ship outside Japan ? Does not accept foreign credit cards ?
We can purchase items from Japanese shopping sites on your behalf, receive it at our Japan address for forwarding to your country.
Our online retailer buying commission is listed in "Our Rates" section . 

4. Buying from Japanese Auction sellers on your behalf
　

Japanese Auction seller not accepting foreign bidders ? Does not ship overseas ?
Don't worry! We can bid on your behalf using our Japanese Auction id. This is known as proxy bidding. You just tell us your maximum amount.
We can even put in a last few seconds sniping bid to increase your chances of winning.
If we win, we will purchase the Auction item, receive it at our Japan address and then reship it to you.

Important: Please note that we do not make payments on your behalf if you use your own id to buy an Auction item.

Your bill for forwarding your items will consist of the following items

Japan Post Postage + Handling Fee + Additional Combined Packages Fee (Optional)

Per Outgoing Box sent to you

1,000 Japanese Yen for package weighing not more than 1.8 kg or 4 pounds

1,500 Japanese Yen for package more than 1.8 kg or 4 pounds

Please contact us for package more than 15.75 kg or 35 pounds

Additional Combined Packages Fee

Storage Fee

We can hold your packages up to 14 days free of charge in order to combine them into one forwarding package and save you postage costs.
　

Beyond that a fee of  500 Japanese Yen per package per week or part of week will apply.

Buying Commission
　

For purchasing from online retailers (e.g. Yahoo! Japan, Rakuten):
800 Japanese Yen or 8.00% of seller invoice (whichever is higher)  per retailer
　

For bidding and buying from Japanese Auction sellers:
1,000 Japanese Yen or 10.00% of seller invoice (whichever is higher) per seller

Here is how it all works:

Registration
　

1. You register for our service with a payment of  US$3.99 setup fee via your Paypal account.

No Monthly or Annual fees!!!

Please note that this is a one-time registration fee. You can continue to use our services for as long as you like without having to pay any account maintenance fees. 

We hope you become our long-term repeat customer.

2. After your register we will give you our Japan address. You can proceed to use this to send your packages to us.

3. Once all your items are received, we will consolidate them into one box, weigh it and quote you the postage options and our handling fee.

Payment & Shipment
　

4. After your payment, we will mail out your package within 3 business days according to your choice of JP Post international mail service where applicable.

Your postage options are:
　

Economy Air (SAL)  ( Slower than EMI,  has online tracking but  not as robust as EMI,  insurance available, takes 7 to 14 business days)

Surface Mail International  (Cheap for packets, takes 3 to 4 weeks, no tracking, size limits apply)

If your package exceeds JP Post weight or size limits, we will ship via Fedex.

Question: I want to use your service to ship an item. How much is your handling charge and postage fee to my country ?

Please provide the anticipated weight and size of your package in order for us to quote you handling and postage charges.

You can ask your Japanese seller to provide weight and size information.
　

Question: What kind of boxes do you use to ship?

We try to recycle boxes as far as possible. We will never use a damaged box however. When a box cannot be recycled, we will use a suitable new or used box.
　

Question: Which countries do you ship to ?

We ship to all countries.
　

Question: Are there any size and weight limits ?

If your package exceeds Japan Post Service size and weight limits, we will ship it via Fedex.
　

Question: Any other restrictions ?

We need to comply with these two laws:

1. Japan laws regarding exports to destination country
