The overall size of this Japanese woodblock vintage 1950's print Made in Japan is 5 1/2 x 7 1/4 inches. The image size is 3 5/16 x 5 1/4 inches. Rubber stamped 'Made in Japan" on reverse in very small letters at the bottom.

The thick paper backing seems hand made.

The item would be suitable for a 5 x 7 frame if trimmed. But a larger frame would be preferable so as not to reduce the total presentation.

The print is on quite thin paper which is attached to the backing at the top by the maker 'as found'. No alteration has been made by me.

There is a ripple at the bottom of the backing paper which seems to give a different color in the scan but is not visible on the item.

I have multiples of this item, discovered in an old cash of other Japanese woodblock prints.

The woodblock print is on quite thin paper.
