Payment Policy

• We only accept PayPal as payment. However, PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
• Immediate payment is required unless requesting a combined shipping invoice. In which case invoices are to be paid promptly.
• You will receive a confirmation email once payment is received.
• Item will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment although please allow up to 72 hours.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once shipping is completed.

Shipping Policy

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• We DO combine shipping.
• We only charge you what the post office charges us. We make absolutely no money from shipping.
• Item will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment although please allow up to 72 hours.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once shipping is completed.
• Large orders will receive a tracking number usable with online tracking.
• Items are shipped from Taiwan and usually take 7-10 days for the UK and USA/Canada. Packages to some European countries (such as Italy) can take 21 days or more to arrive.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the item(s) you have received, for any reason, please contact us. We view each case on an individual basis and are happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return anything to us for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item. Items MUST be in their original sealed packaging and in perfect condition. If there is any change in the condition of the item, in any way, a refund will not be issued and the buyer will be liable for shipping costs to get the item back. Shipping is a non refundable service, but we do not charge any 'restocking fees'. Again, you MUST notify us first if you wish to return an item.
