		Shipping Damage: We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with shipping carrier company if buyer purchased our optional shipping insurance. Damaged item must be reported by email us the damaged item's pictures within 3 days upon delivered.

		In extreme circumstances, where your item is lost or damaged by Post Office, please notify us through email by the next business day following receipt of the damaged item. A claim will be filed ONLY if buyer purchased optional shipping insurance which we offered in our inovices and auction page;and buyer kept all the original shipping package and original shipping label for shipping carrier company to pick up the package for damage inspection. We will ship the replacement out once have Post office approved and paid the claim. It normally take about 3-4 weeks.

		It is not seller's responsibility for any shipping damage or lost if buyer didn't purchase shipping insurance for the package.

		Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

		Items in good condition that returned for a refund or replacement will be charged. There is a 25% restocking charge on all items returned in good condition.
