The silky shark is named because its "smooth" hide (a result of closely positioned dermal denticles). It is also called the "net-eater shark" in the eastern Pacific because of its tendency to ravage tuna nets. Other English common names include blackspot shark, grey whaler shark, olive shark, reef shark, ridgeback shark, and sickle shark. 

RARE THIS SIZE!

This is a SUPER set of Jaws and worthy of ANY collection or gift purposes. SILKY SHARK JAWS are becoming harder and harder to find. Our last shipment of over 1000 reef shark jaws had only 5 of this species!

It measures 12"across, and 8" High!! It is in excellent condition!
