Chronolux prefers payment by Bank Wire Transfer. For our customers in the UK and Ireland, we can accept payment by Bank Deposit, CHAPS, Money Order/ Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque. Bankers' Drafts will only be accepted subject to authorisation and verification by issuing bank. Personal cheques will be cleared before any goods are dispatched. There will be no exceptions in this matter. We are pleased to accept Paypal (Paypal verified accounts only) on all transactions up to £500 ($1000) which is the maximum level of buyer and seller protection provided by Paypal. For any transaction exceeding this value we can accept payment only using one of our preferred methods as described above. For our International customers, Chronolux can accept payment by International Bank Wire Transfer only. Chronolux does not accept payment using escrow services, please be aware that we will not respond to escrow enquiries. Chronolux respectfully advises our customers that we will not dispatch any watch until funds have been received and cleared in our bank account, which may result in a delay depending on clearing procedures, particularly when paying by cheque. Chronolux expects payment to be received within 5 days of purchase. We will report any practise which delays, hinders or otherwise obstucts what should be a smooth and pleasant transaction for both parties. Warranty All of our new watches are supplied in manufacturers original packaging and box(es) with all associated manuals, booklets or other documents - unless otherwise stated. Most of our new watches come complete with the manufacturers Authorised Dealer-stamped international warranties. All other new watches are supplied with two-year Chronolux warranty, as well as the unstamped manufacturers warranty card/booklet. Pre-owned pieces are supplied with a six-month Chronolux warranty. Returns Due to the nature of our merchandise we can only accept returns if we have made an error and have delivered an item which is not exactlty as advertised. We will also accept by return, any piece which is faulty upon delivery. In the unlikely event of such an occurance, we MUST be notified immediately and arrangements promptly made to return the item to us. If an item is returned to us in anything less than the brand new condition it was dispatched in (tags, plastics or adhesive seals intact and not removed or interfered with, scratches on case or clasp), then we will consider it sold. We do not have a platform for the sale of 'nearly new' items and will not offer for sale to our customers 'worn once' items.
