DISCLAIMER We try to provide an accurate photo and description of the products we sell. Our goal is to have all our customers satisfied with their purchase from us. We do not sell new items, and they may show some signs of normal use or need cleaning. Everything we offer for auction is from the secondary market. We endeavor to describe our items as accurately as possible and to note any distinguishable characteristics that might affect the value of the item. We do our homework to the best of our ability with regard to the items we list and expect the buyer to do the same. Please contact us with any questions BEFORE bidding. We are human and can make mistakes. TERMS OF SERVICE Winner to pay actual shipping/ insurance/ handling costs which are non-refundable. Florida residents please add 6 1/2% sales tax, unless you have and provide us with a copy of your valid Certificate of Authority. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Our preferred method of payment is PAYPAL. We also accept MONEY ORDERS and CASHIER'S CHECKS. DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF NON-PAYING WINNERS, WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION, or receive emails explaining circumstances. If we do not receive payment within this period, the item will be relisted, Ebay notified, and appropriate feedback will be left. SHIPPING We ship ONLY via USPS Priority Mail, 1 - 2 times per week (generally towards the end of the week). Please do not ask us to use another shipping company. Insurance is required and will be included in all shipping quotes, as well as a small $1.50 handling fee. A larger handling fee will apply if we have to purchase a special box for shipping your item. Although the item may be inexpensive to purchase, the shipping may not be (due to item weight)!! We will email the winner an invoice at close of auction with a total based on zip code on file with Ebay and final bid amount when the auction has ended. We do not accept buyer s remorse returns. RETURN POLICY We will refund the original purchase price if not satisfied and we are notified within 3 days of receiving the item. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!! Buyer pays all shipping and insurance fees. Items are to be returned via USPS Priority Mail Insured. Refunds will not be issued without the seller receiving the item. Thank you.
