SHIPPING INFORMATION

Combined Shipping? No. Because our products are shipped from multiple locations, we cannot combine shipping.

APO/FPO addresses? We regret that due to the restrictions on mailing to military post offices, we cannot ship to APO/FPO boxes.

PAYMENT TERMS

PayPal Preferred. Credit Cards accepted via PayPal. (Local pick up items cannot be picked up until Copart confirms receipt of PayPal payment via an email to the buyer)

Payment is due within 5 days of auction's close. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, which may result in a strike against your account. Items must be picked up within 10 business days of auction's close.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Copart maintains a No Exchange/No Return policy, due to the nature of the items we sell. Please read the item condition and review the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before bidding. If an item is listed as "untested", it is because we do not have the appropriate means to test the item at our facility.

Returns will not be accepted, except in the event that you are inadvertently shipped an incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item, please email us directly within 48 hours of receipt of the item at cpsa@copart.com, and we will gladly assist you.
