Before we ship the new product or issue refund we must received the product in question Due to state law and hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted.If the color does not match your hair you can exchanged for different one if you did not open the box,and the product is brand new.In that case you will be charged $15 restocking fee.The product will be ship after we receive the exchanged one.
