Shipping Details

I ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, the carrier is at my discretion and is based on your location in relationship to mine. I use new boxes/envelopes and packaging materials. If an item was listed with free shipping, it will be most likely be sent USPS First Class mail.  I have seen anywhere from 5-7 day delivery times.    I include delivery confirmation in my shipping costs and on items over $249.99 I include and require your signature confirmation when delivered. For increased security, I deliver your item directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx but I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.

I combine shipping when items are paid for on one invoice. If you haven't already received a combined invoice, contact me for one. Certain restrictions apply. Total value of all items must be under $1200. Items must be purchased within 7 days of the first item. Please contact me with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying.

Sorry, I do not ship outside the states. I do not offer pick-ups.

Payment Details

Without prior communication, payment is expected within 7 days or I reserve the right to relist the item and submit and close an Unpaid Item Dispute to Ebay. We accept PayPal but the item must ship to the address on your PayPal account.

7% NJ Sales Tax applies to sales in NJ. Not applicable to clothing and shoes.

Health and Beauty Products are current season's overstock or store stock items.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of my business and the product I sell, all sales are final. However, if under extenuating circumstances, should an exception be made and I agree to accept a return, please note shipping and associated shipping costs are not refundable.

Unpaid Item Policy

I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a for an unpaid item. Please note the following:

1 - Your bid is a contract to buy.

2 - Under certain conditions, we may process a waiver of an Unpaid Item Dispute, however the listing fee and 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional resources associated with the re-listing.

3 - Additionally we ask that a mutual agreement we initiate to end the transaction favorably be completed by the bidder.

Disclosure

I make every effort to remove designer logos from our listings and our advertisements but not from the product.
My products are the genuine article as represented and obtained through legal channels.

NIB, NWT, NIC - Article is new with the manufacturer and/or store retail tags included with the item. Acquired in liquidation as Store Stock. Please note new may no longer be available in the stores. The retail tags or boxes may have clearance tickets or writing over the MSRP pricing or manufacturer attached tags. Boxes or packaging if included may be damaged but it will not affect the contents. Item may be out of original packaging and may have been handled on a retail shelf, but it was not used.

NWOT, NWOB - Article is new without the manufacturer and/or store retail tags included with the item, acquired in liquidation as Store Stock.
