RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of unworn, re-sellable, regular priced merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us seven (7) days of the original shipping date to you. All Returns must be pre-authorized.
Authorization is available by e-mail at info@tonyshoes.com, or by telephone at 1-888-48-TONYS. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Freight must be paid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable.

On returnable shipping package, please print clearly,
CANADIAN DUTY PAID GOODS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER
MUST ONLY BE SENT BACK BY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (NOT UPS!) REGULAR MAIL, IF NOT ADDITIONAL IMPORT FEES BECOME THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. |
