Payments

ü       When a buyer has won a product, he or she will receive an email confirmation. After the email has been received by the buyer, he or she will then click on the checkout button and proceed with his or her payment.

ü       Following this step, he or she will be able to pay using paypal. Paypal users must confirm their address when using this tool for purchasing.

ü       I require payments to be received within 5 days of winning a product or it will be placed up for sale again and the buyer will receive an Unpaid Strike.

* Please note due to a demanding job outside of Ebay, I ship out packages the night before or the morning following payment verification; however, if a payment is received after 5:30am I am unable to ship the package until the following morning.

* Also, in terms of commuication, responses may be delayed but I will make an effort to return them within 1 (one) business day.

Policies

ü       If a buyer is unhappy with his or her purchase, he or she may return it within fourteen (14) days from date of shipment. I currently do not buy wholesale, but if or when I may do so, the buyer can also exchange the product if he or she wishes to.

ü       When the product is returned to me, it must be in its original condition.

ü       If an item is returned by the buyer, he or she will be required to pay for shipping fees.

ü       Also, if a buyer chooses to return an item, he or she must contact me prior to shipment simply for my acknowledgment.

Shipping

ü      All of my products are shipped within 1 (one) business day following payment verification via USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that items purchased over the weekend may not be shipped until Monday. I will also combine shipping for multiple purchases which I determine when weighing the items for shipment….I will then send an invoice to the customer.

ü      I will be available for my customers Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Please feel free to email me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have.

ü      When buyers purchase my products, they can be reassured that they are 100% authentic guaranteed. I purchase my products from specialty stores, as well as department stores that carry high end merchandise and feel confident that the products I am purchasing are not replicas. If, for some reason, there is question regarding the authenticity of a product, the buyer may return it for a full refund with free return shipping.
