Jesus wih Children "Praye card" in German 1900's GREAT

Here we have a very rare Jesus with Children card with almost unnoticable "paint" loss that we stumbled upon originating in Berger, MO from the earliest of the 1900's when that mid-part of the country still were German-speaking.  All of the collection I have found were owned by the same woman throughout her life.  She has signed most of them, usually in pencil.  Sometimes with her name, sometimes with her town, full name and the exact date.  You can even see her aging in her writing as she goes from a young girl to a woman...quite awesome, really! They are  very extraordinary and are sparking my cusiosity for the history of thr region more than anything, as we are almost "neighbors, here also in MO.  These cards were kept inside a bigger "card box" I guess you'd call it so these are in near mint condition.  The only flaws AT ALL ( from an untrained eye) are the "paint" issues I spoke of.  These seem more like postcards or from my research, prayer cards that she got each Sunday at the local Berger church.  I apologize for the horridness of these photos- these are really hard to capture with a good camera.  If you do have interest- I can definitely get better pictures for you.  They are in the old German language.  My German-soeaking friend had a hard time reading them actually- his mother as well.  They do appear to have Bible verses on them with the corresponding English version.  The colors are not faded and still look wonderful.  This 1 has her name in cursive in pencil lightly in the upper right corner of the back.  The Bible verse it seems to be reading is from Mark 10, 14-16.  The rest is in German though!  The front does read at the bottom Jefus, der Kinderfreund.  He is cloaked in olive and red robes and holding a much smaller child.  The rest wait and bow art his feet.Thx for looking!  Check out our other cool auctions and Happy Bidding!
