We accept returns for items that are either not as described or defective.  A 10% restocking fee applies for all other returns. As each situation is different and we may not require you to return some items,  ALL returns must be pre-approved in writing.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.  We reserve the right not to refund any item that appears to have been used, swapped for another unit or is in a condition other than as originally sold by us.
