• Combining Several Auction Items.
  - For one auction, you can check out if you are bidding, and have won, a single auction
  - Two or more auctions, visit check out after the completion of the last item. A payment is required once every 7 days or every 10 items, whichever comes first
• Normal Business Hours are 9am - 5pm eastern standard time except weekends and holidays.
• Order Tracking. We offer a convenient way for you to know your order status including payments that have posted and shipping status. We will also send you an email when we have received your payment, shipped your merchandise, and a final email to express our gratitude and see if you have any additional questions.
• Exchanges. Due to our limited supply, we do not offer exchanges. Sometimes we have more than one item of the exact same design available. You are welcome to bid on that item but we can not simply de-list the item and send it to you.
• Feedback. We gladly exchange positive feedback for each customer and each auction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping

• Quick Shipping. We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or USA National holidays. All orders received (check out and payment completed) by 8:00am EST are shipped the same business day.
• Origin. Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise is shipped from our warehouse located in Cary, North Carolina, 27519 USA.
• Availability. Shipped to anywhere on earth 5 days a week. Most of our international customers are located in parts of Europe, Asia, and Australia.
• Insurance. Insurance is available and recommended at check out. We use our own insurance company so there are no forms to fill out or insurance agents calling your house.
• Discounts. Purchase two or more items and receive a discount! Read the Basic Shipping and Handling Rates Table below. Our merchandise listed on eBay (most bidding starts at just $1.00 or less) are special offerings with final bid prices around 80% off retail so further discounts are not offered. Discounted shipping, handling and insurance charges apply to an order with a single payment.
• Pick Up. Merchandise is not available for pick up at our warehouse.
• Days in Transit. Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and USA National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit.
  
  For example:
  • A 2-3 Day USPS Priority package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday/Thursday
  • A 2-3 Day USPS Priority package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday/Wednesday

Domestic USA Customers

• Basic Shipping. Packages are sent via U.S. Postal Service 1st class. Estimated delivery times are just 2-7 days.
• Expedited Shipping. At Check Out, customers can choose to expedite a shipment via USPS Priority (2-3 days) or USPS Express (1-2 days). Expedited services offer 2-3 day delivery with delivery confirmation and/or package tracking. There is an additional charge for expedited services.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
  US Postal Service is our basic shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We also offer USPS Priority and Express services, if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 4-8 days to arrive to you.
• APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories
  We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks and delivery confirmation is not currently available.

International Customers

• Basic Shipping. Packages are sent via U.S. Postal Service 1st class. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 weeks for Canada and Europe. For all other destinations, while very reliable, there is an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks.
• Expedited Shipping. At check out, customers can choose to expedite a shipment via USPS Global Express. Expedited services offer 2-7 day delivery with delivery confirmation and/or package tracking. There is an additional charge for expedited services.
• Customs Duties and Taxes. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Gilbert & Frech includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.
• Declared Values. All of our international shipments include a customs form. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

Notes: * How is shipping computed on multiple items, exactly? First, our system determines whether you are in the U.S., Canada, or other delivery zone. Then our system calculates shipping for multiple items in the following way: The "first item" shipping rate is charged on the single item that is most expensive to ship. Then all other items are each charged at the "additional item" fee in order of their cost to ship. * USA orders where the merchandise total is $35 or more, there is an additional $1.75 handling fee. Your package will be sent by one of our expedited services listed above. * Canadian and All Other Destinations orders where the merchandise total is $50 or more, there is an additional $15 handling fee. Your package will be sent USPS Global Express. * North Carolina customers are subject to state sales tax.

Other Options	Check/Money Order If you are sending a check or money order please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Check Out is required. Be sure to include your Order Number so we can match your payment to merchandise.

• Payment. Required within 7 days of auction close. We do allow a few extra days for receipt of checks or money orders. If you are bidding on several items, we are pleased to save you additional money by combining shipping, handling and insurance but a payment is required once every 7 days or every 10 items, whichever comes first.
• Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.

• Our Merchandise. Comprised of overstocked, prior-season, discontinued and returned merchandise from Gilbert & Frech full-price retail locations. We also carry exclusive lines, mildly irregular products and cuts of material leftover from making current or prior-season merchandise—all with the exceptional design quality that you expect from Gilbert & Frech.
• Our Goal. Our goal is to bring you incredible deals (usually numbering in the thousands of items every day). Keeping up that pace while taking individual product photos of a high enough quality to be of any real use, would be darn near impossible...So how do we make sure you know exactly what you’re buying?
• That's where Representative Photos come in. Way better than “stock photos” (which typically don’t reflect condition at all) our “Representative Photos” have a high level of detail you don’t often find (even in “actual photos”). That’s because we’ve created a state of the art photo studio and lab so we can provide sets of highly detailed photos that truly are representative of the design. The benefit is that, even though it’s not an “actual photo”, you can be 100% sure the product you’re buying will be of the same design (and therefore look very much the same) as the one in the picture.

• Natural Wool and Dyes. Our hallmark standard for handcrafted rugs is natural dyed wool using vegetables, tree bark, and other organic materials. In addition to the incredible colors and superior quality, your rug is chemical free.
