listed with the Jewelers Board of Trade This service you are buying is for ONE chain or bracelet repair only. More repairs on the same chain will be done at additional cost to you. This repair is for link style chain, rope chain, omega chain and snake chain. Other styles like San Marco, Panther, Tennis Bracelets cost $18.00 to repair in ONE place. Platinum chains and bracelets have a higher cost to repair and estimates are given via email or by telephone. We repair all types of gold, silver and costume jewelry. All items will be inspected prior to repair to determine if repair is cost effective. All items must be shipped insured mail with delivery confirmation. Return Shipping Fees!!! Return shipping costs will be added to the price during checkout, the $4.50 handling fee covers the insurance with a value up to $300.00. More insurance is available at a rate of $1.00 per hundred dollars of value. All items will have an assumed value of $300.00 or less unless specified to be more. We are a full service Jewelry Company located in Providence, Rhode Island. Our retail location has been open for more than 30 years. We are third generation jewelers. We offer all types of jewelers services from ring sizing to stone setting to chain repairs to eye glass repairs to custom made rings and pendants and many other services. We do it all in our own repair facility. We have provided these services and others to the jewelry industry for over 40 years. All repairs are done by skilled bench jewelers at our repair facility. All repairs are made with plumb solders not the cheap repair solders used by others.
Payment:
We accept payments made with PayPal, Certified Check or Money Order. We encourage making payments with PayPal. All payments must be received within 7 days from date of purchase. No merchandise will be shipped without secured payment.
Shipping:
We prefer to ship jewelry with the United States Postal Service but will ship with UPS upon buyers request. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs which are added to items during checkout. All jewelry must and will be shipped with insurance. We take extreme care in inspecting all jewelry before shipping and it is packaged to avoid damage.
Returns:
We currently do not accept returns do to buyer regret. We list all inventory with honest and truthful descriptions and actual pictures of inventory. We will accept returns for defect in materials or workmanship only and that is subject to our physical inspection. Damage resulting from abuse or alterations are not covered !!!!
