- NOW ACCEPTING PAYPAL along with accepting all major credit cards direct. You will be sent all auction information at the close of the auction along with a link to charge this online on our secure site, or give us a call at 252-444-4505.
- We do accept personal checks but orders will be held a minimum of 14 days before shipping. Orders over $100 should use credit card or money orders to avoid large delays in shipping.
- Payment must be received within 14 days of auction closing
- Payments made by mail must include item description, auction number, and winning email address along with your ACTUAL street address so we will be able to properly credit your payment.
Shipping:
- All items will ship FedEx ground.
- WE PAY ALL INSURANCE COSTS WHEN SHIPPED BY FedEx
- Insurance is optional for any order being shipped US Mail and is highly recommended.
- Multiple auctions of similar items will be combined to reduce your shipping cost.
- Odd shape items or full cases of acrylic display cases can not be combined. Drop me an email and I will combine the cost when possible. All auction's shipping costs are based on US delivery ONLY.
- Items usually ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment if paid with Paypal, credit card or money order. Many of our items are drop shipped from our suppliers so it might take a couple more days.
- International orders will be shipped US Mail and will provide you a choice of shipping methods. It is recommended that all international customers contact us for shipping quotes prior to bidding. We no longer ship any display cases internationally.
- Damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
