Pick Ups: We do welcome pick ups at our store after the item has been purchased thru EBay. Please call or email to confirm the item is ready. Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned with out notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be report to FairyTales-inc with in 3 days after the item is received. FairyTales-Inc will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value. Or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item. 2009 Holiday Shipping: For the 2009 Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on Monday, December 14, 2009, to be received by Thursday, December 24, 2009 in the Continental United States.
