• The item you are bidding on is a private auction sale and is not sold directly through Ahearn Equipment.  Therefore, Ahearn Equipment is not responsible for any service, repair, warranty, or additional costs not outlined here.  Ahearn Equipment also is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping or any damage to machine or injury to operator during use.  Once payment has been received and auction is closed, buyer assumes all responsibilties associated with the purchase of this item. 
• Buyer will pay in full for item before it is shipped.  We will accept full or partial payment through Paypal and/or full or partial payment with a bank check or money order. 
• Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping as outlined.
• Payment or communication is expected within 48 hours of auction ending.
