EHP SYS II E TIRE CHANGER

This swing arm style tire changer features 24" outside clamping standard, 28" outside clamping with optional adapters. Total tire and rim diameter to 40" and rim width to 12". This tire changer can handle virtually every wheel available today from the OEM’s or the aftermarket. Swing arm units feature automatic mechanical locking of the vertical rim offset and a technician positioned large diameter horizontal offset knob to provide maximum cosmetic safety for expensive wheels. The swing arm allows the technician to move the mount/de-mount arm clear of the turntable for maximum clearance for placing rims and tires in the mount/de-mount clamping position.  The assist function is positioned on the right side, convenient to the technician. Three individual assemblies, a top pressing roller, a bead depressing foot and a lifting disc aid the technician in mounting and de-mounting today’s low aspect and run flat tires

VPI SYSTEM III BALANCER

The VPI System III features Semi-Automatic Parameter entry of distance, width and diameter data. The technician just places the two data set arms at the rim positions for automatic data entry. Using a fast 6 second cycle time, precision Virtual Plane Imaging technology accurately calculates weight amount and location for super accurate single spin wheel balancing. A specialty mode for weight placement, inside the rim edge and behind the spoke, is standard. This feature is especially important for many OEM and aftermarket wheels requiring wheel balancing along with hidden weights for the best cosmetic appearance. For additional diagnostics the on board matching program can recommend best tire to rim positioning and calculate tire and rim imbalance and provide percentage contributions to aid in diagnostics. Wheel diameters to 44", rim diameters to 30", and 154 lbs wheels can be accommodated on this unit.
