 over all this appears to be in good shape. It does look like a few modifications have been done to the mounting plate but should be a easy fix to change back. The blower turns very free. you also get the pully arangement that goes under the tractor. I have never had this on a tractor. I will not ship this item. Cash is due on pickup model is a E0930
