Shipping:

• We do our best to ship as fast as we can, but due to the large amount of sales we have, sometimes items can take 3 to 4 days to be shipped after payment is received.
• If you need your part right away, please indicate this when you make payment and we will do our best to get it out quicker.
• Store items are normally shipped the next business day.
• We DO NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays!

Insurance:

• All UPS packages are insured up to $100.00 automatically.
• Insurance is not required on most USPS shipments but it is highly recommended you insure your items because any items NOT insured will void our guarantee, which means if you receive a damaged item and it was not insured, we are not responsible and you will not get any type of refund or item credit.
• Parts that are under-insured will only be covered for the amount they are insured for.
• Shipping cost is normally not something that will be covered or refunded.

Package Tracking:

• If your item was shipped UPS, you should have received an email from UPS with your tracking number.
• If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us to request a tracking number.
• USPS items do not have tracking numbers unless buyer requests one and pays for it.

Michigan Sales Tax:

• Michigan residents are required to pay 6% MI sales tax on all items purchased.
• Residents outside the state of Michigan are not required to pay MI sales tax UNLESS they are picking up thier item(s).

Our Guarantee:

• We do our best to insure that only good, quality parts are sold. Occassionally a bad one slips through. Because of this, we guarantee all of our parts* to be in good working condition and to be in the condition described in the auction.
• We also guarantee you will receive the actual part that is pictured.
• Original shipping is not refunded on returned parts.
• Under some circumstances, we will cover the cost of the return shipping, this is decided on a case-by-case basis.
• Returned parts must be insured. If we receive a part back that is damaged in transit back to us, the guarantee will be void if it was not insured.

*NOTE: Parts that are sold "AS IS" or parts that are not insured when shipped are not covered by our guarantee and are not eligable for any type of credit or refund.

Making Payments:

• Credit Card payments accepted, please call 989.635.3648 to make payment with a Credit Card. Calls accepted Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Joe Hemmi and sent to 6885 Sanilac Rd., Kingston MI 48741.
• All mailed payments must include a copy of your invoice or some form of documentation that indicates what was bought. Failure to provide documentation will result in delays in shipment of your item(s). How can we ship your item if we do not know what you bought?

Customer Pick-up:

• Customer pick-up is allowed - Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., appointments MUST be made for Saturdays. We do not do business or allow pick-ups on Sundays, no exceptions.
