The manual appears to be complete.   Some of the pages are dirty and crumpled.  I purchased this at a local auction.

Shipping:

Please note,  I am willing to offer combined shipping on manuals.  Pay only one price for shipping and handling if you purchase 1, 20 or more manuals.  As long as the manuals are purchased within 1 week time and shipped in same package, you only pay the price listed in the shipping calculator for this one item.  No additional postage or handling costs.

Payment:

Payment must be received within 14 days of conclusion of the auction.  If for some reason this will be a problem, please notify me.  Any non paying bidders will be filled with ebay.
