Shipping:
Here at DH Camping and Fishing Supply, we use UPS calculated shipping based on weight. However, we reserve the right to ship smaller items via USPS based on weight as well. Please be sure to provide a complete physical address when ordering. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. If you provide P.O. Box and no physical address, DH Camping and Fishing Supply, will cancel your order and your money will be refunded in full.

Returns:
Unopened items may be returned for any reason within 3 days. Please contact us to obtain return instructions and a Return Authorization number prior to returning your package. Return requests must be submitted to DH Camping and Fishing Supply, by using the link at the top of this page.

You are responsible for the cost of having the product(s) shipped back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our end. We will not issue a shipping credit on packages returned to us unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Items may be returned for refund only.
* Items returned to us will be charged 20% restocking fee to cover our packaging and transaction costs.

Warranty Information:
All of the products we carry have their own limited warranty offered by the manufacturer, some may be eligable for an extended warrenty thru thier respective manufacture. Any claims based on manufacturer warranties must be made directly to the manufacturer, and not through DH Camping and Fishing Supply.,

Out of Stock Products:
While we strive to only sell products that we have inventory for, we may run out of stock on item on occasion before they are shipped. If your order can not be fulfilled, we will notify you be email and will gladly credit you in full for any unshipped products.
