Nebraska residents pay 7% sales tax. Personal checks will have to clear -14 day hold before shipping or releasing item-No exceptions.   Refund Policy I will accept a return on this item (s). I refund the bidding price only minus my Ebay and Paypal fees. I do  not refund Shipping and Handling charges.  Item to must be in same condition as sent to received refund of bidding price. Returned Items must be mailed to me/Seller within 10 days after receiving at buyers cost. Item received back after 10 days of receipt will be charge a 25% restocking fee.
