Are you tired of winning Marx figures and horses only to find out that when you recieved them they were in bad condition? This will never happen with my items. This particular set is in excellent shape, Johhny West is riding hard after the Indians. The horse is in practically perfect shape, no cracks, no splits, no scratches, maybe a small mark somewhere but I couldnt find one worth looking at. Johnny West is always in excellent shape, he has no scratches, cracks, or chips, he has some color loss to his hair but his joints feel like they are new, solid and tight. The accessories are also in excellent shape, oh yeah there is a problem with the accessories and that is...yep you guessed it, the chaps have 1 broken tassle and the belt buckle is broken but as you can see that did not stop me and it shouldnt stop another true Marx collector. Every other accessory including the horses is in excellent shape!! Also included is the equipment manual and it is also in excellent shape. This is definately a set that that should be added to everyones Marc collection. 

Shipping charges at the U.S. Post Office change I believe May 13th so I will investigate before sending invoice.....

I am changing the shipping charges because lately I have under charged quite a bit when it comes to the horses because they require a larger box. What I am going to do is charge 15.00 for regular parcel and 25.00 for priority, I will refund the money if it costs less to ship to your location. The same goes for the international shipping which is 35.00 (Europe, Australia, etc,) I will refund any money that is not needed to the buyer.

I also feel that I should inform all potential buyers that I stand behind my sales! I only try and sell the best possible figures, horses and accessories that are available, if they are damaged in anyway I list all their defects including the accessories unlike some other Marx sellers on EBAY! As I stated before I do not want any surprises either when the buyer recieves my items. I do not lay down special rules or restrict new ebayers from bidding on and purchasing my items, in fact I encourage it. I am stating this because I want everyone to know that purchasing Marx items from me will get you the best possible items. I am confident in all of my listings and believe me, if their is any kind of a problem contact me and I will make sure the buyer is completely satisfied with his or her purchase.

All sales are final and payment must be recieved within 7 days of auction close. All my items are packed securely. I only use hard or new boxes insuring the contents will arrive safely. Good Luck!
