We are shipping directly from Thailand.

Every day we work hard to get every parcel out ASAP, usually this means shipping the same day the payment is received  (excluding Thai Holidays and weekends).
In most cases parcels will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 weeks but it can take up to 30 days in extreme cases – please give the postal workers and customs guys some slack, they do work hard. To the USA it can take longer as their security is very thorough and takes its time.  We really would love to have your item on your desk the next day but sadly we can only do this with our e-mails, the delivery of the parcels is up to the post office.

We are shipping from Thailand. In 80 % of cases delivery the USA takes about 10 - 14 business days BUT due to very strict customs scanning it can easily be up to 30+ days. Although this hardly ever happens, please allow for it.
Once the package is at customs we have no control and just have to wait - like our customers - for it to be forwarded on. Please give the customs guys and us some slack - they work very hard & to get it to you
