This is a John Fluke 10,000 kilovolts DC power supply , Its a HUGE for a power supply monster machine thats face is 19" across X 17" deep & 12" High. I know very little about this item. The weight is over 100lbs and  when power up it does light up and seem's to work/humm. I have no other cords and have no idea other than i dont mess with electricity especially 10,000 kilovolts. this is as-is sale and will ship by ground services by DHL or UPS this will cost at least $100 or free pick up.
