We want all of our buyers to be satisfied with their purchase.
If you purchase a new, sealed item, and the item is defective upon opening, we will gladly replace the item! However, THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, before we will issue any replacement.
Items must be mailed through the US postal service, first class or media mail only.
Do not return the item via priority, parcel post, express, or with any other carrier or it will be at your expense.
Open items cannot be returned unless defective, for a replacement.
We will inspect the items for our seller's mark before a replacement is issued. Please contact us BEFORE you send you item back.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
