Most Jonti-craft products have a lifetime guarantee.  Jonti-Craft extends a lifetime guarantee against any defect, absent any misuse or damage by the customer. Customer must check for any concealed damage before carrier leaves and make damage claims within two weeks of delivery. We will arrange to have it shipped back to Jonti-Craft for replacement. In the case of refunds there is normally a 20% restocking charge and return freight.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
