fits over Men's size 7 1/2 - 9

Women's size 9 1/2 - 12

Grip-X substantially reduces slips and falls in ice and snow. Fits over all types of winter footwear. Tungsten carbide pins will not fall out. There is a thick sole for extra traction. They are uni-foot: no lefts or rights. Special eighth spike in heel strike area for better traction.
