Josef Herman oil painting listed artist art NO RESERVE

You are bidding on a gorgeous estate oil painting. This is a an original one of a kind oil painting on canvas board, signed on the front lower right "J. Herman" It looks so much like the famous and well listed artist Josef Herman so I am attributing it to him. Most all of the Josef Herman examples in oil I viewed on the internet have this same feel, with use of light and depth and the overall look and feel. I do not know if this is a Josef Herman or what it is, I will let the market decide. It is stunning and gorgeous, a first rate work. Size of the painting approximately 9 inches x 12 inches, or 12.5 x 14.5 as framed. The painting is in excellent perfect condition, no chips, scratches, holes, dents, or any problems at all. It is stunning and deep, with incredible use of depth of field and use of light. The child's expression is so intense, never bores, kind of haunts, riding a horse with incredible detail. The frame is worth noting as fantastic, solid wood, in nice condition, with the back revealing the frame is made of at least 16 different pieces of wood, exactly and precisely fit toghether ina symmetrical l pattern, seems like craftsmanship to me.
