Nice Vintage 1982 Joust. (27 years old)

This game was working perfect a year ago but when I tried to restart it recently it does not start up.
Some distorted images show up on the screen.
I am sure it is a wire or something simple.
Like stated earlier, it worked perfect and I was able to make it over level 50.

I have a dolly that can move it around and it will fit in a minivan with the back seats taken out.
