A Judy Bolton Mystery...The Vanishing Shadow by Margaret Sutton and published by Grosset and Dunlap. The copyright date on this volume is 1932 and it has the burgundy endpapers with the haunted house. There are no illustrations aside from the one at the front and there are 24 chapters covering 218 pages.  The book is in pristine condition. There is no writing anywhere in the book and there are no folded or creased pages.  The pages are also very clean and really do look like new.  The binding is in excellent condition and the hard cover is every bit as good as new with no wear at the top or bottom of the spine and no dirt or other damage.  This is truly an excellent example of this volume and not only would it make a very nice addition to any collection, it would also be suitable as a gift.
