Payment is due within 7 days. Any payments not received in that time frame will result in the filing of an unpaid item dispute and completed as an item strike (after 3 ebay bans you). Domestic shipping is offered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.


Back on May 14, 2007 the USPS raised shipping costs significantly. USPS shipping fees are now based on weight and total box dimensions/size. Packages with dimensions of over 1 cu. ft. are now considered oversized and significant additional charges apply if shipped Priority. That is why the significant changes in our shipping prices. We try our best to ship with reasonable prices.

If you prefer to have your items shipped via UPS, there are additional choices available to you. In addition, the UPS shipping fee includes insurance.

Please Note:

• We store and ship all our handbags in clear plastic bags. When necessary, we also use custom size boxes to preserve the shape of your items so we charge $1 extra for the shipping materials.
• We will ONLY ship products to a confirmed address.
• The method you choose for shipping will determine how long it takes for your item(s) to get to you.
• All Domestic orders will receive a tracking number.

Please Note:

• We welcome Overseas shoppers, however any customs charges or duties will be your responsibility.
• Military and their families with a APO/FPO address ship for free! Thanks so much for all you do!

• For handbags, the shipping price is based on the total combined weight of the order.
• For all other items, we charge full price for the 1st item, and then only $2.00 for each additional item ordered.

Returns/Refunds:
Our return policy is simple - If your item is grossly misrepresented, you will received a FULL refund. For all other issues:

1. Notify us within 1 day of receipt if you need to return your item(s) and explain the issue (Maybe we can resolve it from there and you can keep your lovely product). If not we will give you the ok to send it back.
2. It must be sent back Priority Mail within the next day - the post office has free pick up service for your convienience in case you can't make it to the post office and printing a label online is simple and sometimes you save money - like free delivery confirmation.
3. Please send us the delivery confirmation.
4. As soon as we receive your returned item we will check it over to make sure it left here in the same way and then you will receive a refund. The refund amount will be for the item price only -- we don't refund or pay for shipping either way. We also charge a restocking fee of 15% and we need you to agree that we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction, (i.e., you returned it) or else I will have to charge for the additional listing fees as well.
5. We hope to do business with you again and satisfy the full sale the next time.
6. Your refund will be given using the same method of payment you used.

Because we provide this authenticity guarantee in various areas of our store, and within the product listings themselves, we will NOT reply to any email questions regarding authenticity. We appreciate your cooperation in this, so we can concentrate our customer service efforts in other areas.

Product Description Accuracy Guarantee:
As stated in our FAQ's I do my VERY best to describe each item using the best details possible. It is not unusual for me to spend up to an hour or more looking at an item, measuring it, evaluating the condition, taking pictures, etc. in order to come up with the most accurate description. I try to provide a good variety of pictures from various angles (including multiple close-ups) so that you can be confident that what you see is exactly what you will get. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and do everything I can to make that happen!

If I miss something, please email me and let me know. I am a very reasonable person and will work with you, and for you, to satisfy any and all issues. Please handle it professionally, as I will too. I am sure that you can understand that anger and accusations don't start out anyone on the right foot :)
