It's a win-win situation for both of us. You get RCI membership. We get a resort sold and out of our inventory. Yes, unlike most timeshare resale companies, we take full ownership of most of the resorts we list. That means if we don't sell them, we pay the maintenance fees. It's not so bad with one or two, but try that with several hundred! We also get a customer that knows more about us, and timeshare. Business owners agree, past customers are your best source for new customers (if you take care of them properly). |
