This espresso machine is in excellent used condition, but it does have a plugged water line. The brew side does not work because it is plugged. It has two boilers so the steam side is still functional. I have all the accessories and several extras. This machine has been very well kept except for it being plugged. It was orignally a $2000 machine. I have the original box and the shipping charge is what I was paying Jura to ship it to them. Thanks for looking.
