Internal Brew Group

The Ultima is the only non Super Automatic machine that has a brew group and not a portafilter. It is easy to use and keeps the mess to a minimum. This eliminates the inconvenient steps of tamping, timing, rinsing and cleaning. Simply fill the coffee, turn and pull the lever down and switch the pump on. Within seconds enjoy an espresso with a delicious golden crema.

Easy Operating Controls

The Ultima contains two rocker arm switches. The top is the main power switch with a built in ready light. The lower switch is the brew switch. Turn the switch to start the process and switch it off when you have reached your desired level of espresso. This machine is capable of making any size espresso and the double brew spout adjusts to accommodate two different size cups. It also has an easy to operate steam/ hot water lever.

This is a registered trademark of Capresso. It is a 1200 Watt low volume aluminum boiler system that provides a very short initial heat up time, continuos espresso and heats to full steam temperature in less than 15 seconds.

Features & Benefits: Frothing and Hot Water

Hot Water Dispenser

If you want hot water for any reason be it hot chocolate, tea or Americanos it is very easy to do. Controls allow water to be dispensed through the steam wand.

Steam Wand

The Ultima contains a stainless steel steam wand. Just turn the steam knob and in fifteen seconds you will have full steam pressure. The boiler contains enough water to steam for about 90 seconds which is about 8 ounces of milk.

Removable Reservoir

The removable clear 28 ounce reservoir is unlike most machines as it is removed from the right side for easy access. It is designed to be filled in place during operation or can be lifted out easily for refilling.

Pod Capable

This machine is not capable of excepting pods and does not offer an adapter kit

Thermostat and Safety Switches

The Ultima contains one electronic thermostat to control boiler temperature and two thermal safeties that protect the boiler from overheating.

Housing Construction

The Ultima is made of sturdy ABS plastic. The drip pan is plastic and the drip grate is aluminum.
